About our APIs
We have invested in the development of a set of APIs that will allow our partners and third-party providers to connect to our systems.
Leveraging this technology, we are offering integration capabilities for functionalities such as Quote & Buy, Claims creation and management and Expert Orders across three major business lines: Motor, Health and Household.
This will allow our products to become accessible across companies and platforms, through external services and applications, banking agency branch or self-service client applications, brokers' own channels and more.

Access
Documentation portal
To request access to all areas of our Documentation portal, please provide the following mandatory information.

Developer Account and Certificates
To request the creation of a developer account and digital certificate to access the Allianz Portugal APIs on our Test and Production environments, please provide the following mandatory information.

Subject: Allianz Portugal API - New Certificate
Body:
- Company Legal Name
- Company Legal Address
- Company Representative Email
- Portuguese Corporate Tax Identification Number

Certificate Renewal
To request the creation of a user account and digital certificate to access the Allianz Portugal APIs, please provide one or all of the following information.

Subject: Allianz Portugal API - Certificate Renewal

- Company Legal Name
- Company Representative Email
- Portuguese Corporate Tax Identification Number
This request is usually followed up within a business day and should be completed within two business weeks.
Connecting to our environments
There are test and production environments available for all our APIs. The connection is authenticated via secure digital certificates.
These individual certificates are tailor-made for each company, and their configuration includes:
- The environment (test or production)
- Specific API(s) they provide access to
- The access profile(s) for the API(s)
Each certificate is valid for a duration of 3 years. The certificate renewal can be requested starting 6 months before its expiration date.
